Dear Kirill,

Thank you for your recent letter. I’m awfully sorry for not writing earlier. Having received your letter, I wanted to answer it immediately. But I was working a lot during the last two weeks. So I was pressed for time and didn’t have enough time for myself.   How are you?

In your letter you described your school life in details. It was interesting to read it. I miss my school very much. It goes without saying, it’s great to be a student because our  life is very exciting. First of all, I meet a lot of interesting people here. Among them are my teachers and some of my new friends. I see that the teachers at the university are very talented and intelligent.

Of course, I have to work very hard every day. I get up early in the morning, go to the university to learn more about my future profession. I have to attend lectures and practical studies. What is more, I have to prepare homework assignment. I sometimes work late at night. You know, I am not a lazy-bone. I remember: business before pleasure.  So, you see that my life is not easy, especially, before the exams. But, nevertheless, I find some time for communication and active rest.

What are you going to do during your winter holidays? How are your studies?
